A universal design system was created across 5 teams globally. The site was the hub that hosted all the design principles, guidelines, libraries, icons, code and more.
CENTER OF EXCELLENCE (CoE)
The CoE was a dedicated research and design team lead by a UX director. Driving the vision, the director marketed the team as consultants to the organizations UX needs.
