Hello, I'm Mike.
I spent the first 22 years of my life in upstate New York before relocating to Texas. During my time in New York, I took on the role of managing and serving as the head chef at my dad's Italian restaurant throughout my early adulthood. Upon completing college, I embarked on my professional career.
Outside of work, my interests include traveling and enjoying quality time with my loving wife and daughter. I have a liking for hands-on activities and learning mechanics, providing a refreshing contrast to my computer-based work. Cooking has always been a passion of mine, a love that persists to this day, and I'm enthusiastic about exploring and trying new foods from diverse cultures.
